This new build house is set to be completed May 2025. Full sized kitchen. Open concept. Modern finishes.

This house has 3 full bedrooms. Back of the house will have a covered patio. 2 full baths. Walk to everything from this house. Will have ping pong table and dart board in the attached garage. Fire pit in the yard to enjoy a good conversation around the fire (guests provide the wood) and relax in the hammock (NOTE: the hammock is shared with the house next door)

GARAGE: Margaritaville Garage Hangout space is available to use during your stay for an additional fee of $150/night (for 2 night stays), $125/night (for 3 night stays), and $99/night (for 4+ nights). This garage is behind the house. This garage space is first come first serve space that is SHARED by the house next door. Please see the pictures carefully for more details. Ping pong table, dart board, games, kitchen, bathroom, and flexible seating options to host all of you during your stay. This will be paid AFTER the booking is confirmed/booked. This space is not for additional beds to sleep. It is simply a hangout space.

NOTE: If you have a group of 16-20 people, you can rent the house next door as well. Inquire to rent BOTH houses.
